How to manage groups#
Overview#
Organize your browser environments into categories, helping you maintain a clear structure and quickly locate environments as your account count grows.
This feature is useful if you are facing any of the following:
- You have many browser environments and finding them is inconvenient
- Managing multiple platforms or multiple country sites simultaneously
- Team collaboration requires dividing accounts by project or role
- You want to manage accounts structurally
With group management, browser environments can be organized by business logic rather than being randomly stacked in a list.
Step-by-step Instructions#
1. Group Management (Add, Edit, Delete)#
Go to the 「Browser Environment Management」 page, click the “Group Management” button in the top-right function area.
In the group management popup, you can create, edit, delete, and reorder groups.

2. Change Browser Group#
There are 3 ways to change a browser’s group:
2.1. Browser More Menu#
In the browser’s more menu, choose “Change Group”.

2.2. When Creating or Editing a Browser#

2.3. Batch Change Browser Groups#
Select the browsers you want to adjust, click “More” in the function area, choose “Environment Info” → “Change Group”.

3. Use Groups for Quick Filtering#
After creation, you can quickly switch between accounts using the left-side group navigation.
When you have many environments, it’s recommended to group them as follows:

- By country (US / DE / JP, etc.)
- By business type (Operations / Ads / Customer Service)
- By project (Brand A / Brand B)
